2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit and are subject to our cancellation policy. Final payment is due 30 days before travel. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

3. Travel Requirements

Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, and health requirements. We provide guidance but cannot guarantee entry to any destination.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 90+ days before travel: 25% cancellation fee
• 60-89 days: 50% cancellation fee
• 30-59 days: 75% cancellation fee
• Less than 30 days: 100% cancellation fee

5. Limitation of Liability

TravelStrides VIP acts as an agent for suppliers and is not liable for their acts or omissions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
